Jalaram in 1977 began as a simple timber and plywood retail shop with the philosophy of trust, honesty and transparency which in the process transformed into a world-class veneer manufacturing unit in Kerala with over 400 varieties of veneers conjured at Kerala stocked in its 20,000 square foot warehouse in Mumbai and showcased at a newly renovated veneer studio in Central Mumbai.
Solid Surfaces
Originally made by DupontTM, Corian® solid surface is an advanced blend of natural minerals and pure acrylic polymer. It is a highly durable and multipurpose surface material, favoured by designers all over the world.

Plywood
Plywood is manufactured from thin peeled wood veneers glued together; several thin layers of wood bonded together are stronger than one single layer of wood. Each veneer is oriented with its grain running at right angles to the adjacent layer in it.
Kiln Dried Timber
Timber is a natural material & each of the species is unique in fiber, luster, texture, grain, colour & figure. When dried in a Kiln the product is known as Kiln-dried timber. Jalaram offers 25 varieties of Kiln-dried wood.

This extremely useful SPC flooring requires no maintenance, is flame resistant, has excellent sound insulation, and is simple to install with clicks. It provides durability, longevity, and ease of installation.
Decking & Cladding
The thermal modification process of Thermowood utilises only high temperatures (between 160° and 215°C) and steam, therefore the end-product is completely natural and chemical free. Thermowood is available in Pine and Birch

Marquetry is the art and craft of using pieces of veneer to form decorative patterns, designs or pictures. Inlay is commonly used in production of decorative furniture where pieces of coloured wood are inserted into the surface of the carcass. Rubio Monocoat is created using the next generation UV stabilizer technology. It colours & protects your wood in just a single coat. It is also resistant to blackening & can withstand extreme weather conditions.
